Terms for proposed digital and physical Moss & Ember gift cards.
Values
Gift cards are planned in £10, £20, £30, £50, £100 and custom values.
Use
Cards may be used for café purchases, subject to the final point-of-sale integration. They are not exchangeable for cash.
Validity
The proposed validity period is 12 months from purchase. The final operator should confirm this before launch.
Lost cards
Digital cards may be reissued where purchase can be verified. Physical cards should be treated like cash unless registered.
Refunds
Unused gift cards may be subject to statutory cancellation rights for online purchases. Final terms require legal review.
