Reservation and Cancellation Policy
How standard table reservations are intended to work.
Group size
Online reservations are available for one to six guests. Larger groups should contact the events team.
Table time
Suggested table time is 90 minutes for brunch and lunch, with flexibility when the café is quiet.
Late arrival
Tables may be released after 15 minutes unless the guest has contacted the café.
Cancellation
Please cancel as early as possible. No deposit is planned for standard bookings, but repeated no-shows may affect future reservations.
Changes
Public holidays, events and exceptional periods may use different policies, which will be shown before booking.
